Intake Waiver & Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to complete our intake waiver prior to receiving services. You may complete it at https://saltvillegrotto.com/intake-waiver/ prior to your appointment.
If you fail to complete the online version of the intake waiver, you must arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prevent any time being deducted from your scheduled services.
Time may be deducted from your scheduled appointments if you arrive late.
Confirmed appointments that cancel more than 24 hours prior their scheduled time may get a refund applied to your account for use at a later time. Event registrations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event start time will be canceled, however no refunds will be given.
Most appointments require a deposit and no refunds will be given if cancelled within in 24 hours of their start time. We will reimburse our practitioners for their time.
Events and group appointments start at their scheduled times. Traffic can be questionable in Snellville so please plan to arrive early to ensure entry. If you arrive after the start of an event or group session, entry will not be granted and no refunds will be given.
*Minor’s Policy (Participants under the age of 18)
Floats, sauna, ionic detox and body massage services are not available for children under the age of 16. A parent or guardian must complete a waiver on behalf of any child under the age of 18. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in Public Salt Cave Sessions. For children under 8, the family must reserve a Private Group Salt Cave Session.
