Infrared Sauna Services
An infrared sauna uses light to heat the body directly without warming the air around you.
Infrared saunas can help boost: Heart health, reduce blood pressure, soothe sore muscles, boost immunity, increase quality of sleep and may help relieve the effects of depression and anxiety.
With the deeper penetration, full spectrum infrared raises your core body temperature faster. This aids in wound healing by bringing more blood to the affected area, helps reduce inflammation and much more.
We suggest you wear a bathing suit or workout clothes, as our sauna room is not completely private.
Infrared Sauna sessions are not recommended for the following clients:
- Pregnant women
- Children under the age of 18
- Patients with severe cardiovascular conditions
- Anyone who suffers with dehydrations, weakness, trauma or difficulty breathing
- Persons under the effects of drugs, alcohol or certain prescription medications
- Anyone who has recently undergone serious trauma or surgery
