Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum registration is not reached. *Each teacher sets their needed ticket limit. Classes may be cancelled if less than 4 persons register.*

Registrations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event start time will be canceled, however no refunds will be given.  We will compensate our practitioners for the amount of tickets sold. Events and group appointments start at their scheduled times and late entry will not be granted. Registration and pre-payment is required.


Saturday Morning Restore Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Restorative yoga primarily consists of passive poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The aim is to encourage deep relaxation and release tension in the body and mind. This class is slow-paced, gentle and emphasizes conscious breathing and mindfulness. By releasing tension in the body and calming the mind, restorative yoga can help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue.

Join Yoga Instructor Nadine Daniel for a morning of relaxation, rejuvenation and renewal. This class will be held inside the Grotto. Please bring a pair of socks and dress comfortably – sometimes it may be chilly inside the salt cave. Limited space. All yoga props provided. Only $25 for one hour of restful yoga in the salt cave!

Join us in the serene embrace of our salt cave for a transformative Inner Child Journey Workshop led by the compassionate and gifted Becky Hernandez.

Through guided meditation, gentle Reiki healing, and self-reflective exercises, you’ll reconnect with your inner child—releasing old wounds and rediscovering joy, playfulness, and peace. Inner child healing is one of the most powerful and substantially life change experiences that you will witness.

Connect, listen, feel and transform the lost child within. The group will be guided to connect and explore a part of your soul and spirit that has most likely been forgotten.

We will celebrate the energies of the new moon on Saturday, March 29 @ 6:30p. These energies can be felt days prior and after the new moon. Join us as the night sky transforms with the mesmerizing New Moon. This is a perfect time for new beginnings, setting intentions, and reconnecting with nature. $55 price includes manifestation tool kit & a herbal tea blend created specifically for this event. A new moon occurs when the moon is directly between Earth and the sun, with its shadowed side pointing towards us.

As a group, we will work to release any energies that are no longer needed with the assistance of crystals, Oracle cards and journaling, . We will learn to trust, set intentions and embrace a positive outlook. Together we will embrace tranquility and connect with the cosmos.We will then move into the Salt Cave and settle into a guided visualization with sound.

Join Robert Koehler, B.A, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader for an evening of stress relieving laughter exercises in the salt cave. A laughter yoga leader facilitates sessions that encourage and guide participants through various laughter exercises and techniques to promote well-being and joy.

Laughter yoga is a form of exercise that combines laughter with yoga breathing techniques. Halotherapy is a complementary therapy that involves breathing in air containing tiny salt particles that may help improve breathing conditions and allergies.

With a passion for helping to heal the world through laughter, Robert was instrumental in supporting local leaders in implementing World Laughter Day activities in Atlanta in 2010. Robert has over twenty two years combined corporate, non-profit and consulting experience, in addition to co-founding a mind/body/spirit partnership under the auspices of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Robert is an experienced Laughter Yoga Leader and also leads sessions in guided meditation and other complementary therapies.

Traffic can be questionable in Snellville so please plan to arrive early to ensure entry.
